The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any result is accurate or complete. Verify every detail with Tesla or the seller before you buy.
Not affiliated with Tesla
Vinlectric is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, Cybertruck, Roadster, Autopilot, Full Self-Driving and Supercharger are trademarks of Tesla, Inc., used only to describe vehicles.
Your uploads
You are responsible for what you upload. Upload only photos you took or have the right to share, ideally of your own car or one you are buying. Don’t upload other people’s personal information.
Fair use
Don’t abuse, scrape or overload the service. We rate-limit requests.
Paid reports and affiliate links
We may later offer paid reports, and some links may become affiliate links that earn us a commission. We will label them clearly. They will not change how a score is calculated.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vinlectric is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on a result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, which for the free service is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
